The LAWNDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT (“District”) will receive sealed bids for the PROP 39 PROJECT, for Bid Package PROP 39  HEAT PUMP REPLACEMENT AT ADDAMS & ROGERS MIDDLE SCHOOL, Bid #0005-18-19 at the office of the Purchasing Department no later than March 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud.  Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.  Bids shall be valid for 60 calendar days after the bid opening date.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

The Governing Board of the Lawndale Elementary School District of Los Angeles County, California, invites and will receive sealed proposals until 9:30 a.m. on December 7, 2018 at the Lawndale Elementary School District Office, 4161 W. 147th St., Lawndale, CA  90260.

 

The Lawndale Elementary School District has scheduled a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference to answer any questions and explain details regarding the bidding requirements, specifications, and scope of the work for this bid.  This conference will give bidding contractors the opportunity to investigate and fully acquaint themselves with the conditions relating to the job so that they may fully understand the facilities, difficulties, restrictions, and any State of California requirements attending the execution of the work. Please note this project requires C-7 and C-10 licenses. Any contractor interested in bidding is required to attend this conference.
