Back to School Update

In partnership with Fulgent, the Lawndale Elementary School District is hosting a vaccination and testing clinic on Friday, August 19th from 10:30am to 5:30pm at Diane Bollinger Memorial Gym (Rogers Middle School), 4040 154th St., Lawndale, CA 90260.

Who is eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccine?
Anyone ages 6 months and up are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Click here to learn more about vaccine and booster eligibility.

Who is eligible for 1 Booster?
Everyone ages 5 years and older should get 1 booster after completing their COVID-19 vaccine primary series, if eligible.

Who is eligible for 2 Boosters?
Adults ages 50 years and older
Some people ages 12 years and older who are moderately or severely immunocompromised

If you would like to take advantage of our COVID-19 vaccination clinic, click here to learn more and to sign up for an appointment. If you are only interested in testing, no appointment is necessary. On-site testing will remain available while supplies last.

As State and Federal resources allow, the Lawndale Elementary School District will provide over-the-counter (OTC) test kits are available to students attending school in-person and staff working on-site. Test kits are available at each school site for symptomatic response and exposure testing. 

Yes. Please submit a photo of the at-home rapid test results to your school office.

Rapid test kits can also be ordered from the Federal Government. Visit https://special.usps.com/testkits to place your order.

Rapid tests may be available from local providers, such as CVS, Walgreens, or throughout the County
