The Cat in the Hat

Welcome to Human Resources

OUR goal is to attract, train, and retain individuals with heart, specifically humanistic qualities, with a focus on students and community. WE stress customer service by offering evidence-based decision making ability through an equity lens but contained in a just and systematic organizational model.  WE provide knowledge and provide consistency by emphasizing that people come first; HUMAN Resources, while centering OUR how on the resources or assets that can be drawn by a person and organization to function effectively.

"The process is not the answer...the people with a focus on heart is the answer."
