Meal Program Information

LESD participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP). The primary goal of these programs is to decrease nutrient deficiencies in school-aged children while addressing the obesity epidemic impacting the nation.

Through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and the After School Snack Program, students in all after school enrichment activities can enjoy free meals and snacks to keep them fueled.

The meal application process is as easy as 1- 2- 3. Food Services is available to support LESD families every step of the way to ensure successful enrollment in these programs.
