Paper Applications

Most all households should receive an application via U.S. Postal Service prior to the school year starting. Parent/guardian should fill out one application per household and return to Food Services. Please make sure to read the cover letter highlighting some of the key points: Cover LetterAdditional applications may be found at every school front office, school cafeteria, Food Services office, District Office or by printing from the following links: English Application & Application Information, or Spanish Application & Application Information.
